These Terms apply to your use of labspire.co.kr (the "Site"), including the Estimate tool and the inquiry and sample request forms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Service
Labspire coordinates private label (OEM/ODM) cosmetic development and production with a Korean manufacturing partner. Information on the Site is provided for general reference only.
3. Estimates Are Not Quotes
Results from the Estimate tool are indicative only and do not constitute an offer or a binding quotation. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation after formula, packaging, quantity, and specifications are reviewed.
4. Order Terms
Payment, lead time, Incoterms, and quality terms for any order are set out in a separate quotation or agreement. If they differ from these Terms, that document prevails.
5. Information You Submit
You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and does not infringe the rights of others. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and design on the Site belong to Labspire or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Labspire is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time without notice. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
